Refund policy
At Character Biopsies (Inward Store), we put a lot of thought and care into creating our products. Each product/experience is crafted to inspire self-reflection and storytelling, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed building them.
That said, here’s our clear policy on returns and replacements:
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Replacements (Damaged Products Only)

A replacement will be provided only if the product you receive is damaged during transit.

To qualify for a replacement, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of opening the package. Without this, we will be unable to process your request.

Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery by contacting us at kalpak@characterbiopsies.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the damage.
3. What Doesn’t Qualify for Replacement

Minor variations in color, texture, or print that occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

Damage reported without an unboxing video.

Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
4. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. In case a replacement is not possible (due to stock unavailability), we may offer store credit at our discretion.
